Inside Cubicle ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship of Amrita Hazari, based in Gurgaon, Haryana. This page explains what personal data Inside Cubicle collects, why, and your rights over it.

What we collect

If you're a client: your name, company, contact details, and what you tell us about the role. If you're a candidate: your CV, career history, contact details, compensation expectations, and the assessment notes from our conversations.

Why

To run searches: matching candidates to roles, contacting you about live or future mandates, and fulfilling contractual and legal obligations (including invoicing and tax records).

Consent

We collect candidate data only with your explicit consent, taken at the point you share your CV. Your profile is shared with a prospective employer only after a conversation with you, and only with your specific consent for that company. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

Sharing

We do not sell data. Candidate profiles go only to the specific employers you approve. Operational tools that process data on our behalf: Google Workspace (email, and Google Drive storage for candidate and mandate records), Resend (delivery of contact-form messages), and Cloudflare (website hosting).

Retention

Client records: as required for tax and contract purposes. Candidate records: 24 months from our last contact, then deleted, unless you ask for earlier erasure or renew consent.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. Grievances are handled by Amrita Hazari, Proprietor, at the same address; we acknowledge every grievance and aim to resolve it well within the timelines set by the DPDP Act and its Rules.
